In 2020, I was serving in the Navy, spending long days and nights aboard a ship in the middle of the ocean. Even in that environment, people noticed my hair and how it was healthy, strong, and growing beautifully. My shipmates would often ask, "What do you use on your hair Monts?" My answer was always the same: "I make my own products."

It started as a personal routine with me mixing natural oils, herbs, and butters to nourish and protect my own hair. But when I let others try my creations, something special happened. They came back with smiles, telling me how soft, shiny, and healthy their hair felt. Many said, "You should start selling this."

That’s when Growth By Candra was born. What started as a small act of self-care on the ship has grown into a passion for helping others love their hair. Every bottle is made with the same care, dedication, and natural goodness that first caught attention on that ship.
